Tim came out ready to work. However, once he looked at the jobs I had, he gave me solutions that did not require any work on his part. The solutions were lower cost and probably more effective than what I had in mind. In other words, he talked himself out of the jobs and the money he would have made. I offered to pay him for his time, but he would not accept any payment. It is highly unusual to come across this degree of honesty and integrity. While Tim did not do any work for me, I will definitely call him in the future for any jobs I have. I will also pass his cards on to my friends and family.
